Green Banana Pancakes

I know I have already shared a Green Pancake Recipe with you but I have another one and I can’t truly and accurately convey the true love I have for breakfast food. I seriously think I could live on breakfast – all day, every day. As all of my recipes, this one is very easy!

21DF – 1 purple, 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow, 1 green

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 egg (you can use 2 off you want a full serving of protein in the AM!)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup or one handful of greens (I have been using Kale)

Blend these ingredients together. Pour the mixture on the stove top that is on a medium heat. Once the pancake is cooked through, flip!

 

Another thing I have been loving lately is having this with Agave Nectar instead of syrup. I just use a tablespoon but it is very sweet and a healthier alternative to syrup!

 

This is also a great way to sneak in veggies for those picky eaters! 🙂
