  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin tins
  2. Mix wet ingredients – pumpkin, banana, coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs
  3. Mix dry ingredients – coconut flour, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar
  4. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients
  5. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips
  6. Pour evenly into 12 muffins tins
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
